Privacy and who sees what

Who can see your trip, what your trip page never shows, and what's recorded.

Your trip is kept by your travel agency, on its own page. Here's who can see what.

Travelers on the trip

Your travel advisor decides each traveler's access:

  • Lead traveler and full access — the whole trip, including prices, and can approve, choose an option or ask for changes.
  • Limited access — the itinerary, without any prices, and can't approve.

If several groups are traveling on the same trip, each group sees its own items and its own price. Other groups' items are left out, and their names never appear on your page.

Your agency

Your travel advisor, and the people at your agency who work on your trip, can see it. Another travel agency can't — every agency's trips are kept apart.

A share link

If you ask your travel advisor for a share link, anyone who has it can see your itinerary without signing in — but never prices, your advisor's note, or who's approved. See Sharing your trip with someone.

What your trip page never shows

Passport numbers, dates of birth, or what your travel agency pays its suppliers.

What's recorded

When you approve, choose an option or ask for changes, the page records who did it and when, along with the device and internet address used. That gives you and your travel advisor a clear record of what was agreed.

Cookies and search engines

Signing in sets a cookie that keeps you signed in on that device. It's only ever sent to your agency's own address. Your trip pages are marked so search engines don't list them.
